after looking at arun's newest videos, i can see that arun's energy really improved over the past 2 years. he smiles more, shouts more (in a good way) and even gets more excited about the smaller things. it seems to me that this change is due to the fact that arun started taking care of his physical and mental health way more than usual, or it may be something else, who knows... but the new arun is definitely so fun to watch.

I love that you included rubiks cubes for this, as a cuber myself. That dodecahedron is called a Zettaminx, the 13x13 version of the megaminx. It’s easy enough to solve when you learn the method for the megaminx, but it’d take a few hours to complete because of its size

Loved to see the custom lightsaber being featured! I’ve put together a few myself, albeit only one with the nice internal chassis like that. Getting into that hobby was some of the most fun I’ve ever had. I ended up learning lots about electronics and wiring in addition to some 3D modeling. The creation of my first saber was filled with trial and error, but it’s worth all the effort when you see the blade ignite for the first time.

Hey Arun! There are a lot more cool high powered blasters that fix the issues you described, such as the Worker Harrier, and also devices you can stick on the end of a blaster like the Caliburn that increase accuracy to godly levels called BCARs. Very cool to see you with high powered nerf though!
Ай бұрынcyphre +1
There are definitely more powerful, more expensive foam dart blasters, that are easier to prime than the Caliburn. Although the Caliburn is certainly a mainstay of the hobby side of foam dart blasters. Nerf has recently shown off a Nerf Pro Stryfe however! 150fps flywheeler. They're finally adapting to the hobby side of the market, since everyone else is doing it and succeeding.
Ай бұрынlanoche +4
As a Nerf/Foam Blaster enthusiast, Caliburn is REALLY old though, should have gone with Worker Harrier and no it's not the worlds most powerful. It's strong but not like some of the modern stuff like Worker Harrier or the Sabre if you're talking about raw power. Even Dartzone MK4 with a Worker Swift Spring and a spacer is usually hits harder while being easier to prime. You're also missing a SCAR barrel to get that missing accuracy and not sure if that's Worker Gen 3 or 4 dart but usually good quality darts don't explode that fast. I've been re-using Dart Zone's Ruby darts again and again and I've only lost like 5 so far from them breaking and I plink a lot using those. As for the other stuff? They're cool I guess.
Ай бұрынSanzy_flaXx-way's
With the caliburn, there are a few different versions. Also you can get a much less powerful spring. Most public nerf wars have a limit of 150 feet per second, and you can get a spring to match that. There are quite a few different 3d printed nerf blasters out there.

The Barbarians are a great option to use against enemy troops such as tanks and medium size pushes as the Barbarians have a moderate amount of hitpoints and damage, and are perfect for attacks with other tanks. Although they are very effective against single target troops like the Prince, Barbarians are susceptible to spells and troops which do area damage due to their slow move-speed. Their slow attack speed also leaves them vulnerable to swarms such as the Skeleton Army. Despite being a swarm unit, Barbarians are fairly effective against an Electro Giant due to their high DPS and their moderately higher hitpoints compared to other swarm units, allowing them to survive the Electro Giant's reflected damage and defeat him for a +2 Elixir trade, but they will likely die in the process or have an insignificant amount of remaining health. Note that since the Barbarians will have little health remaining, any sort of damage dealt to them besides the Electro Giant's reflected damage will often nullify their defense, so the player should account for supporting troops or accompanying the Electro Giant as well. Due to the amount of counters to a Barbarian and most resulting in a positive Elixir trade for the opponent, it is ineffective to deploy a group of Barbarians without support in one lane, as they can be easily countered due to their slow speed and can leave the player vulnerable to a push in the other lane. However, if the opponent is extremely low on Elixir, or their best counters are out of rotation, they can be very effective at forcing the opponent to spend Elixir poorly, as they can quickly chop down cheap troops and will completely destroy a Crown Tower by themselves. They are excellent for taking out low numbers of enemy troops such as the Prince or Musketeer on the player's side. The 5 Barbarians will quickly eliminate the unit if they are dropped directly on top of it, surrounding it.

Actually, the spyra three's "open" mode will fire as fast as you can pull the trigger. The three round limit is there for versus game modes so that you have to actually plan when to shoot. You can empty the whole tank in under 10 seconds if you really try.

As a speed cuber, I loved this video. for those of y'all wondering, the dodecahedron Rubik's cube is a type of megaminx called the zettaminx, which I believe is the largest mass produced megaminx. The largest mega minx is called the atlas minx made by another YouTuber. Most people don't know this but solving a mega minx is really similar to solving a Rubik's cube. A regular 3x3 mega minx is like a 3x3 cube with extra steps. A kilo minx is the 2x2 version and is most similar to a 2x2 cube. All big mega minxes can also be easily solved if you how to solve a 5x5 or above. Also Arun I'm not one to complain but a 4x4 is technically called a Rubik's revenge, 2x2's are called the Rubik's pocket, and the 5x5 is known as the professor's cube. Man I sound like a nerd

Rubik's cubes, as long as they are cubes, are all basically the same to solve if you can solve a 5x5 you can solve anything higher with a little bit of change in how you solve different bits. the big ones like the one you showed are similarly done however i have only solved the 3 x 3 version of those you would likely only need to be able to solve the 5x5 to learn all you need to know.

You need better darts and a proper scar muzzle device for your Caliburn. If you don’t like it being 3D printed I’d consider the worker Harrier. It hits almost 300fps, is Injection molded plastic and metal. All for under $200, it’s one of my favorite foam dart blasters in existence, and it’s easy to prime by normal standards let alone compared to the caliburn
Ай бұрынDoc Talks Food +93
Here’s a suggestion: Anything that you “come back to at the end of the video to see how it did” should have a Timelapse camera set up next to it, so you can show glimpses of what its up to throughout the video. Would’ve loved a Timelapse of the drawing robot!

Me and my friends have been using high power nerf blasters for a while now, and its loads of fun. Although none of our blasters shoot at 300 feet per second, the caliburn is definitely not the most powerful nerf gun. I have heard of blasters that shoot at 400 feet per second, and seen videos of 350 feet per second blasters. The caliburn is kind of the OG though, as it was one of the first easily accessible super high power blasters. Blasters that shoot over 250 feet per second are the standard for the more competitive clubs and events, but many people enjoy the "superstock" level (125 feet per second to about 175 feet per second). The blasters me and my friends use typically hit anywhere from 175 to 260 feet per second.

At 4:41 the caliburn c4 is definitely not the most powerful nerf gun in the world. But it is a great blaster none-the-less. It would be more accurate if you had attached a rifling attachment to it (yes there are functional rifling attachments for nerf now) I compete in tournaments and review these kinds of products on my channel. There are injection molded blasters that hit that same velocity for the same price so the drawbacks of 3D printed products don’t affect you. Loved the video though! Always nice to see high power nerf get some love

Slight correction: you don't want to maximise downforce to achieve top speeds because the air passing underneath will suck your car to the ground, causing more resistance. Rather, you want to make a compromise and find just the right amount so that your car is not too low, but also not too high! This is to create the least resistance.
Ай бұрынFaolan +318
Nerf modder here!! The reason why you felt like the accuracy was lacking on the blaster you were using is because whoever sent it to you, didn't include a SCAR barrel. SCAR barrels rifle the dart and make it far, far more accurate. Also, pretty much any dart you fire at a hard target at point blank range will come apart and can't be used again. 3D printing has also come a very very long way, especially in our hobby, and I'd fairly confidently say that our hobby has some of the best 3D print quality in the world. Hope you enjoyed checking out the C4!! There's hundreds more 3D printed blasters out there.

7/10 for the Spyra seems about right to high. I don’t know about the Spyra 3 but my brother in law has the Spyra 1, the one from Kickstarter. It had one big flaw: the gun wasn’t fully waterproof. Water would eventually get inside in places where it shouldn’t be such as the electronics and metal parts that would rust very fast. We had more fun with 10 of the smallest super soakers that were on sale for nearly nothing while he was using his expensive Spyra. The concept of the Spyra was fun though.

Nerf guns specifically elite have a current standard of about 70 fps. They can very up and down based off what sub series they are in but 70 is considered standard right now. Actually the nerf elite guns are about 60 fps but that is the low end of ranges. Nerf rival for example usually shoots up to 90 fps and sometimes more, it’s nowhere near what some other custom dart blasters can do but then again it’s not terrible and would still be good if you are playing with kids.

When arun said 'I have a portrait that I have been trying to draw for weeks.' I just knew that it was going to be a rick roll.😂

Oh wow I really appreciate the extended wideview aspect ratio of this video.. it fills my iPhone screen entirely to the bezel. Well done editors !!!

I love you included the red magic at the end. Can't wait to get one but hope to find the transformer one that's special and more ram

It's hard to find a boring video on this channel, although most of the gadgets in the video are things I'll probably never be able to afford 😭

You single handedly are re creating the gadget show I love it

Just wanna let you know the traxxas x01 does not go 155 mph. Its 105mphish tops with spare spur gear. The box said over 155kph i think.

As a cuber I'd like to see some more extreme cubes like the 21 by 21, the puppet cube and, the mirror blocks.

Also that moving chess board doesn't seem too great since if the opponent needs to take one of your pieces it would just slide the piece into another one

Arun is straight up, letting her win so that he doesn’t hurt her feelings. LOL

You could’ve added the Xmaxx with the XO-1 since you have it. Maybe you feel like including old stuff is worse but if the occasion is good do it. Anyways this is top tier content. This channel is insane and the progress through the years has been incredible. Amazingly neat layout and planning too! Keep it up!

Am I the only one that loves these videos so much that I get sad when they end?

I own the XO1 and SURELY its a 10/10...but you needed more space to demonstrate its real potential
