Since you mentioned, IFTTT, then you should mention Tasker as well. Tasker's pretty much like IFTTT, but for your phone. It can do a bunch of things such as auto forward messages, mute your phone on certain locations or time, stop your phone from charging when it hits a 100 and so much more.

#14 I dont think finger tip size is the problem, ios software seems intentionally irritating when trying to tap at a location in my text. I never face a problem hitting the exact place in android to what text I want to edit, while ios tries to land me somewhere it thinks is right for me.

With tip 58, android lets you share your wifi details and display the password in settings. It shows you the password, gives you a QR code and has a nearby feature too. Just like apple you have to unlock the phone again to do it. Motorola phones have a few interesting features too. They have the tap the back of the phone shortcut like apple. They have twist to open the camera and shake twice in a chopping motion to switch on the torch, which is very handy if you can’t open your phone, it also makes using the torch much easier and quicker. They also have the face down for do not disturb.

That spacebar tip is actually really helpful, never knew it could do that.

Heres one: Set up assistant routines, they fire off commands in a chain reaction one right after the other, including ones that arent listed but know that work when spoken under Custom. I have one that automatically switches to data when wifi isnt detected anymore and turns wifi off, but toggles wifi back on and data off in areas that I have connected to wifi points. This one will make sure you never use cell data unnessecarily!

Android has an option that when you click the power button 5 times quickly, it will dial the emergency servaces, begin recording on the camera and send a text message to a pre selected contact with your location all at once. Don't worry, you can set a cancellation delay so your friends don't call the police accidentally. Can also be activated if you press the emergencey button after holding down the power button for 3 seconds. Available on majority of Androids from V12 and beyond. Activated in the personal safety settings. I believe Apple has similar settings, but dont know the full details or how to activate.

The QR code for WiFi passcodes is one I've been using for the last 8-9 years, but it _DOES_ expose your passcode in cleartext to anyone who scans it. As long as you don't use that same passcode anywhere else, and carefully monitor your WiFi for unknown activity (unknown MAC addresses, clients), you should be fine if someone you've shared your WiFi with, re-shares it with others.

Another solution for tip #73 is at least for Samsung you can put any images, videos, documents, webpages, etc into a secure folder that you need a passcode for.

Can you do separate versions for Android and iOS? This could be a bit confusing for someone, including me 😅

Quick tips for hot climate sleepers: Get a warm/hot shower just before bed. This will activate the body's cooling feature, meaning you will fall asleep easier. Taking a cold shower before sleep does not work, as you only cool the skin of your body, not your insides. Also, there is no need for expensive tech to get a good sleep. Ease into a sleep routine before going to bed(~30 mins before sleep). No tech on the bed.
